Taste
A light and dry texture, but with the body despite the reduction to 43%. Citrus fruits and some bitterness could be reminiscent of dark chocolate. Then we go on peppermint. We lose the sweet and delicate side of the nose. In the mouth there is something more rough and angular. I was expecting a rather easy blend, that's not the case! After a few minutes, you can even smell an ounce of smoke.

Rather long and dry on pepper and spices. Complex and pleasant.
