You will learn: 
1. Sourdough Starter ( Hands On)
2. Sourdough Baking ( Demo, scoring)
3. Sourdough Bread Making ( Hands on)
4. Focaccia ( Demo)
5. Bakers' Percentage for variance flour ratio
*Bring home 
1 full set recipe 
1 bread dough
1 starter
1 organic probiotic drink
sourdough bread and focaccia tasting + coffee/tea

Date: 9/4/2022 Saturday
Time: 2pm - 6pm
Fee: RM 358/ pax  
Instructor: Kreenah ( Founder of Originah)
Things to bring: 
1 1 x A4 size transparent plastic container.
2. 1 x small jar ( 3 oz) , sterilised clean and dry jar for starter during workshop.

*fully vaccinated, limited to 4 pax and RTK test will be provided.

During the workshop day,

New Terms:
  • Fee paid is not refundable: there will be no postponing of participation, seat replacement is however allowed for the workshop on that particular day.
  • Workshop participation is only eligible to who are fully vaccinated, i.e. with second dose taken for more than 14 days prior to the workshop.
  • Refund up to 90%, or workshop replacement will take place should the workshop be postponed due to:
  • - close covid19  contact if chef or studio staff,
  • MCO as directed by authority
