Introduction
In any industry, there are always risks for workplace injuries, ill health, and damage to materials. Businesses have been put under pressure to ensure the operational costs are not overwhelming. Workplace injuries, ill health, and damage to materials are contributors to increased operational costs.
When safety is considered an investment for the company's profitability, it may be able to reduce the risks of workplace injuries, ill health, and damage to materials. ISO 45001:2018 is introduced to industries to ensure overall occupational safety and health performance in a systematic way. It also serves as a foundation to conduct improvement activities for occupational safety and health at the workplace.
This training has been specially designed to create awareness among the management and executives in the organization with the necessary basics about how the organization can handle occupational health and safety challenges and implement an effective occupational health and safety management system using ISO 45001:2018.
The participants will also be exposed to the relevant tools for improving occupational health and safety management at the workplace.
