PREPARATION METHOD:

  1. Steam or fry fish or other seafood of your choice till cooked,
  2. Then, heat up a pan. Add in 1 packet of MY Chef Chef Asam Pedas Paste followed with a little water to cook.
  3. Lastly, spread evenly the cooked Asam Pedas Paste on top of fish or other seafood of your choice. Your Asam Pedas Seafood is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:
Sugar, chilli boh, chilli powder, salt, onion, lime leaf, lengkuas, serai, chicken stock, asam paste and water.
