Cocoa Butter Press Machine Replacement Project @ Singapore

We successfully completed the replacement of an outdated Cocoa Butter Press Machine with a new Cocoa Butter Press machine. This project was aimed at increasing the efficiency and yield of cocoa butter production, leveraging the advanced capabilities of the new press machine.

Our scope of work included:

1. Removal of the old press machine, hydraulic pressing system, and plinth foundation to prepare for the new installation.
2. Construction of a new plinth foundation to support the new machine.
3. Assembly of the new cocoa butter press machine, ensuring optimal performance and integration.
4. Installation of a new hydraulic pressing system to suppoer the new machine
5. Installation of a new cocoa liquor weighing system to accurately measure and manage cocoa liquor during the process.
6. Installation of new steam and condensate piping, complete with insulation, to ensure the system operates at peak efficiency.
