From the famous Dassai, this new release is highly limited. The liquor used in the new Umeshu is of course Dassai’s world-famous Junmai Daiginjo 23%, with its rice being milled down to 23% of its original inner white core. Slightly pink, juicy and clean acidity. Umeshu is often served before and after meals, but it can be recommended with meals. It is ideal to serve it in a wine glass.
Taste: The round and full-bodied mature flavor of Nangao plums, and the unique light and delicate taste of Dasai Erguasanfen, the mouth is not sweet and greasy like ordinary plum wine, the acidity is clear and clean, and it is extremely smooth.
