The security ministry team is primarily responsible for ensuring a safe and peaceful gathering environment for the congregants, helping to create a positive and welcoming impression of the church.
If there are any unpleasant interruptions, chaos or emergencies, the security team will assist the pastoral team to coordinate to ensure that the speaker can preach the word of God smoothly and the Holy Spirit can work during the gathering.
The security ministry is also responsible for the safety and comfort of external speakers.
The security personnel will be trained to be a group of mature people with good interpersonal skills, principles and discipline, as well as polite and correct expression and communication, so that the congregants will have a good impression of the church.
