Ospamox is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by amoxicillin-susceptible organisms, including:
Acute bacterial sinusitis
Acute otitis media
Acute streptococcal tonsillitis and pharyngitis
Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis
Community-acquired pneumonia
Acute cystitis
Asymptomatic bacteriuria in pregnancy
Acute pyelonephritis
Typhoid and paratyphoid fever
Dental abscess with spreading cellulitis
Prosthetic joint infections
Helicobacter pylori eradication
Lyme disease
Prevention of endocarditis during dental or surgical procedures
Dosage: The dose of amoxicillin should be determined by the physician based on the type and severity of the infection, as well as the patient's age and weight.
Administration: Shake the bottle well before each use. Measure the prescribed dose using the provided measuring spoon.
Administration Timing: Can be taken with or without food.
Duration: Complete the full course of the medication as prescribed, even if symptoms improve before finishing the medication.
