Our Café Session, focusing on Human Capital Development. During this session, we explored key aspects of building a strong and skilled workforce, addressing challenges such as talent retention, upskilling, and leadership development, while providing valuable insights into enhancing workforce skills and maximizing the benefits of HRDC resources.

The event featured two expert speakers:

• An HRDC-certified trainer who offered key strategies for developing a skilled workforce.
• A representative from HRDC who walked participants through the process of claiming levies for employee training programs.
