• Operator will inspect the part to check the number of weld holes.
• Operator will mark the part with green ink pen for correct hole and mark with red ink pen for defects found.
• Operator will record the quality information in the product verification checklist.

• To automatic inspect the number of weld holes on the part.
• To use multiple cameras to inspect the different position of every part.
• The checking is done automatically when every part is loaded to the inspect position.
• Upon checking, the system will display “OK” or “NG”.
• The defect information will be detect and save to system database.
• Automatic alert can be relay to the line leader.
• Real time inspection result can be access from network client PC.
