Toppy Aspo 300, a reel truck fitted with electric lift, an expanding mandrel to grip the reel in the core, side shifter and electric traction control. Outside clamp to prevent the reel material from telescoping, is available upon request. Toppy began as a producer of machines and trucks for the graphic industry.
