DESCRIPTION
POM 20MB is a highly pigmented black masterbatch specifically designed for injection moulding and extrusion of Homopolymer Acetal Resin.
POM 20MB is delivered as free-flowing pellets for processing convenience. It is packed in 25 kg bags. The product should be stored in dry place.
POM 20MB should be pre-blended with the base resin prior to processing. It is also suitable for direct metering into the extruder.
DOSAGE
The percentage of carbon black in the final product usually varies between 4% and 6%. The let-down of the masterbatch depends on the amount of carbon content required in the final product.
