Tipping Platform is part of the system and also the first equipment engagement for the unloading of raw materials during process of Palm Oil Mills and Palm Kernel Crushing Plants. The Tipping Platform that offered by NST is used to tilt the entire truck from 0˚ - 40˚ to fully unload the raw materials.
The tilt platform has simple controls, and, after thorough instruction, is easy to operation by means of push buttons on the Dead Man Control. In addition, safety feature of Counter Balance Valve is equipped into the Tipper Platform hydraulic system to create back-pressure at the return line of the actuator to prevent losing control over the load.
