10mg once daily may be taken with or without food
Drug interaction
Increased risk of serotonin syndrome w/ serotonergic drugs (e.g. triptans, TCAs, fentanyl, tramadol, buspirone, tryptophan). Increased bleeding tendency w/ NSAIDs. Altered anticoagulant effects w/ oral anticoagulants. Increased risk of malignant arrhythmias w/ drugs that induce hypokalaemia/hypomagnesaemia. Potentially Fatal: May increase risk of serotonin syndrome w/ concomitant admin or w/in 14 days of MAOIs withdrawal. Additive effect w/ drugs that prolong QT interval (e.g. pimozide).
