Indication
Diagnostic fluorescein angiography or retina & iris vasculature angioscopy.
Instruction
Adult including elderly 5 mL inj. Highly sensitive imaging system Reduce to 2 mL. Childn Dose is calculated based on 35 mg/10 lb. Dialyzed patient Reduce to 2.5 mL.
Drug interaction
Interfered analysis of blood & urinary parameters. Affected systemic profile w/ probenecid. Reduced vascular compensation reactions & adrenaline effectiveness w/ β-blockers. Drugs w/ narrow therapeutic window eg, digoxin, quinidine.
