Food defense and food fraud are important topics within the food industry, focusing on ensuring the safety, authenticity, and quality of food products. These courses are designed to educate individuals about potential risks and threats to the food supply chain and how to mitigate them.
This 1-Day course is based on PAS96:2017 and IFS Guideline: Product Fraud Mitigation. Participants able to understand the essentials of food defense and fraud threats and their mitigation plan. Threat and Vulnerability assessment will also be introduced to participants by our certified trainer under PSMB
