The manual oil drum lifter lifts, carries, rotates, tilts and drains fully loaded oil drums or chemical drums. Double protection finger locks to ensure the balance of the lifted oil drum. The oil drum can be locked vertically to prevent oil or chemicals from spilling out of the oil drum.
