Solution 1/ Relaxing
Damaged Hair- Process at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Normal Hair- Process with low beat for 5 minutes then process at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Healthy Hair- Process with low heat for 10 minutes then process at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Solution 2/ Neutralization
Neutralizer (No.2): Apply and process 7 minutes then apply a 2nd application and process for 6 to 7 minutes.
