SIC Marking E10-P123 Portable Dot Peen Marking Machine
Large marking window
Heavy use
Deep marking option
The p123 portable dot peen marking machine is ideal for marking large and difficult-to-access parts. The specially designed front plate arches along the width to optimize marking on both flat and cylindrical surfaces. Thanks to the solenoid actuated marking pin, the p123 requires minimal maintenance and no pneumatic system. Capable of marking any material (including plastics and metals up to 62HRC), this portable engraving machine maintains a consistent quality and precise accuracy.
Its rugged cast aluminum boxy, ABS cover, and stainless steel front plate combine to make the p123 a powerful, lightweight, and trusted tool across a multitude of sectors.
Zoom
The P123 can also have a DEEP MARKING option (e10DP123).
A “booster” board and a specific striker assembly allow deep marking of parts such as the hardest hardened steels (62 HRC).
Deep marking conserves PERFECT READABILITY, even after surface treatment or the application of a coat of paint.

COLUMN BASE FOR PORTABLE MARKING SYSTEM
The column base allows a portable marking system to be used as a marking station.
The benefits:
- Marking runs of small parts, ident. plates, etc.
- Simple and quick handling and setting up.
- Inexpensive conversion of marking guns.
- Simple and multi-function.
- Two complementary applications on one machine.
CART FOR RANGE OF PORTABLE MARKING MACHINES
The cart is an essential accessory for transporting a portable marking system.
The cart is not compatible with the magnetic front panel option.
The cart has:
- Robust legs for stability
- Large diameter solid wheels
- A bracket and mounting for the controller
- A single 230V power socket is required to control the assembly
- A marking gun stowage basket
- Two transporting handles with foam grips
A battery-powered cart is possible (one day operation between charges)
The benefit:
The cart is light and manoeuvrable, and can be used for transport both in the workshop and outdoors.
MAGNETIC CLAMPING
The magnetic clamp comprises two electro-magnets for support assistance. These are attached to the front of the marking gun and clamp the marking gun to steel parts.
For proper clamping, necessary for good marking, the following values have to be defined:
- Thickness of piece being marked
- Smooth and flat surface
- Roughness and paint thickness
The benefits:
- Marking can be applied vertically or horizontally.
- Press a button to clamp.
- It facilitates the support of the assembly for high force marking and gives optimum marking quality.
