JUBITEL (Telmisartan Tablets 80mg) is primarily used to treat high blood pressure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attacks and strokes in patients aged 55 years or older. It works by blocking the effects of a substance in your body called angiotensin II, which causes blood vessels to narrow and increase blood pressure.
Instructions:

1. Dosage: The usual dose is 80 mg once daily. Your doctor may adjust the dose based on your condition.
2. Administration: Take the tablet with a glass of water, either before or after meals.
3. Consistency: Take it at the same time each day.
4. Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
5. Storage: Store at room temperature (25°C), away from moisture and heat. Keep out of reach of children.
