• Active Ingredient: Sofosbuvir 400mg

• Chronic Hepatitis C: Used in combination with other antiviral medications (usually ribavirin with or without peginterferon alfa) to treat chronic hepatitis C in adults and children who are at least 3 years old.
• Liver Cancer and Transplantation: Used in patients with liver cancer and hepatitis C infection who are planning to have a liver transplantation.

1. Dosage: The dosage and duration of treatment depend on the patient's condition and response to therapy. It is usually taken once daily with food.
2. Administration: Take the tablet as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not change your doses or medication schedule without your doctor's advice.
3. Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have ever had hepatitis B, liver problems other than hepatitis C, kidney disease, HIV or AIDS, heart rhythm problems, or if you use a blood thinner.
4. Warnings: Do not share your medicine with others. Follow your doctor's advice closely, especially if you are taking amiodarone2.
