• Active Ingredient: Darbepoetin Alfa 180 mcg

• Treat anemia associated with chronic renal failure (including patients on dialysis and those not on dialysis).
• Treat anemia associated with myelodysplastic syndrome.

Typically, for hemodialysis patients, it is administered intravenously once per week or once every two weeks. For patients with chronic kidney disease not on dialysis, it is administered subcutaneously or intravenously once every two or four weeks.
