Bisoprovid 2.5 mg Film-Coated Tablets contain 2.5 mg of bisoprolol fumarate as the active ingredient. Bisoprolol is a beta1-selective adrenoceptor blocking agent used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure.
Indication:
Bisoprovid is indicated for the treatment of:

• Hypertension (high blood pressure)
• Stable chronic heart failure with reduced systolic left ventricular function in addition to other treatments like ACE inhibitors and diuretics.

1. Dosage: Take Bisoprovid exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The usual dose is 2.5 mg once daily, but your doctor may adjust the dose based on your condition.
2. Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.
3. Monitoring: Your doctor will monitor your blood pressure, heart rate, and other vital signs regularly while you are taking this medication.
4. Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
5. Precautions: Do not use Bisoprovid if you have severe heart failure, acute heart failure, or certain heart rhythm disorders. Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart disease, liver disease, or other medical conditions.
