• Active Ingredient: Clarithromycin 500 mg

• Respiratory Tract Infections: Such as pneumonia and bronchitis.
• Skin and Soft Tissue Infections: Including cellulitis.
• Ear Infections: Such as otitis media.
• Gastrointestinal Infections: Particularly those caused by Helicobacter pylori in combination with other medications.

• Dosage for Adults: 500 mg every 12 hours for 7 to 14 days, depending on the severity of the infection.
• With or Without Food: Can be taken with or without food.
• Special Populations: Dosage adjustments may be needed for children, elderly, or those with liver/kidney dysfunction.
