Exforge HCT 10/160/12.5 mg Film-coated Tablet contains three active ingredients:

• Amlodipine (10 mg): A calcium channel blocker that helps to relax and widen blood vessels, improving blood flow.
• Valsartan (160 mg): An angiotensin II receptor antagonist that helps to relax blood vessels by blocking the action of a chemical that causes blood vessels to tighten.
• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): A diuretic that helps to reduce excess salt and water in the body by increasing urine output.

• Treatment of essential hypertension: Used in adult patients whose blood pressure is adequately controlled on the combination of amlodipine, valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide (HCT), taken either as three single-component formulations or as a dual-component and a single-component formulation.

• Dosage: The recommended dose is one tablet per day, taken preferably in the morning.
• Administration: Take the tablet orally with water, following your doctor's instructions. Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Avoid taking Exforge HCT if you are more than 3 months pregnant.
• Storage: Store below 30°C, away from moisture and heat.
