Each tablet contains:
Phenoxymethylpenicillin: 125 mg
Indications:
Bacterial Infections: Used to treat infections of the nose, throat, or ear, lungs, and urinary tract.
Prevention of Rheumatic Fever: Used to prevent rheumatic fever, which can cause damage to the skin, joints, brain, or heart.
Post-Surgical Infections: Used to prevent infections after tonsil removal and tooth extraction.
Instructions:
Dosage: The usual adult dose is 1 to 4 tablets every six to eight hours. For children up to 12 years old, the dose is 2.5 to 9.3 mg per kg of body weight every 4 hours, or 3.75 to 14 mg per kg of body weight every 6 hours.
Administration: Take the tablet with a sufficient amount of fluid (e.g., water). It can be taken with or without food.
