Yulareb (Abemaciclib) 50mg Film-Coated Tablets contain the active ingredient abemaciclib. Each film-coated tablet contains 50 mg of abemaciclib.
Indications:
Yulareb is used for the treatment of:
Early Breast Cancer: In combination with endocrine therapy (tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor) for the adjuvant treatment of hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2−), node-positive early breast cancer at high risk of recurrence.
Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer: In combination with an aromatase inhibitor as initial endocrine-based therapy, or in combination with fulvestrant as initial endocrine-based therapy or in women who have received prior endocrine therapy.
Instructions:
Dosage: The recommended dose of abemaciclib is 150 mg taken orally twice daily when used in combination with endocrine therapy.
Administration: Yulareb tablets should be swallowed whole with water. They can be taken with or without food.
Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as possible on the same day. If it is within 12 hours of the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time.
