PROTECTOR-XHT is a metal separator in high-temperature version for a processing temperature of max. 200ºC. The separator is installed directly at the inlet of an injection-moulding machine or after the dryer, and thus inspects all the fed materials at the Last Chance Control Point.

possible interference immunity against vibration and
electromagnetic pollution
• High-temperature version, suitable for material temperatures
up to 200°C
• The metal separator guarantees a reliable, reproducible
function even in case of high regrind contents (dust)
• The new P-Scan-RP detection system detects smallest
metal particles both in free fall and in a slow-moving
material column with lowest conveying speeds.
• Product compensation with auto-teach function or manual
setting. Product compensation can thus be individually
matched to the product (in conventional systems
this setting cannot be changed or can only be changed
with great difficulties).
• Pre-set operating parameters provide outstanding
ease of operation
• Minimum loss of good material due to 'Quick-Slide-
Gate-Valve' separating unit
