Lid fitted with 2 gas struts for easy opening and to prevent the lid slamming shut potentially saving the user from injury. Anti - rust and solvent resistant powder coat finish with plastic bumpers fitted to each corner, perforated sides for accessories to be attached with robust strong side handles. Steel inner walls with rear locking security bars, unit has 45° angled corners to help prevent strain on the unit when being re-positioned and causing cracks. All drawers have 45mm ball bearing slides which give good drawer stability. Drawer load capacity up to 45kg for full width drawers and are a traditional design with a chromed drawer front. Bottom 3 drawers have separate drawer locks, which allow only one drawer to be opened at a time with an auto lock - the drawer locates with magnets when being closed. Fitted with 3mm EVA drawer liners. Total load capacity = 255kg which is an evenly distributed load tumbler style locks supplied with 2 keys. Fully guaranteed.
