Duration: 3 Months course ( 22 lessons excluding Public Holiday)
Time: 2pm — 5.30 pm

Chicken : Griiled Chicken chop, Chicken Mexican Burger, Buffalo chicken Wing, Gordon Chicken Blue with Sour Cream, Chicken Skewer with Oriental sauce, Classic Chicken Bolognese, Smoked Duck Salsa Apple Canape
Sauce: Mushroom sauce, Tar-tar sauce, Berries sauce, Quesadilla, Oriental Sauce
Salad : Classic Bruschetta, Potato salad, Caesar salad, Coselaw, Vchy Carrots, Mashed Potato, Poach eggs, Garden Salad with Citrus Dressing
Spaghetti : Pasta All Funghi. Pasta Aglio Olio Ham & Mushroom, Pasta Primavera.. Chicken Lasagne, Pasta Marinara,Carbonara Sphagetti/ Pasta Zuppa Ham & Mushroom with Chef Canape Cup
Dessert : Mushroom Crostini, Ham & Cheese Croquettes, Banana Crepe with ice-Cream, Chocolate Lava, Croquet Madam, Banana Fritter
