Description
VT300 Inline homogenizer complete with slow speed mixing tank
The base liquid is drawn from the vessel by the centrifugal pump/lobe pump(for high viscosity products) and passed through the venturi assembly tee connection into the VT300 Inline Homogenizer. The high velocity flow through the venturi creates a vacuum in the chamber below the powder hopper. The liquid is returned to the vessel by the self-pumping Horizontal or Vertical VT300 series Inline Homogenizer. The powder is fed into the specially designed funnel. Once the liquid is recirculatingthe powder feed valve is opened. The powder is drawn into the venturi, where the liquid and powder streams are instantly mixed and pass immediately to the inlet of the Horizontal or Vertical VT300 series Inline Homogenizer. The liquid and solids are then subjected to intense high shear in the work head of the Horizontal or Vertical VT300 series Inline Homogenizer
