Akasel Grinding Stones are designed for dedicated automatic and semi-automatic plane-grinding machines by MSP Metrology (M) Sdn Bhd from Akasel Denmark.
Features
Grinding Stones
For automatic or semi-automatic plane grinding machines we have both an Al2O3 grinding stone for grinding of ferrous metals, and a SiC grinding stone for grinding of non-ferrous metals in our program.
They will fit Struers AbraPlan© and MAPS© and ATM System Automat© and Saphir 375© (with adapter) plane grinding machines. The stones have a diameter of 356 mm at a height of 45 mm with an arbour diameter of 38 mm. The hole for the flange is 125 mm in dia. and 30 mm deep.
For the ATM System Automat© and Saphir 375© we also offer both an Al2O3 and a SiC grinding stone with base plate that can be mounted directly on the machine without the use of an adapter disc. The stones have a diameter of 350 mm at a height of 50 mm. The centerhole is 125 mm dia. and 40 mm deep.
