The Bertoli homogenizer Michelangelo Series and high-pressure pumps can reach industrial productions up to 22,000 l/h and maximum working capacities up to 1,500 bar with their Starline Plus edition. The modern design was specially conceived to guarantee high reliability and easy maintenance. It is especially suitable for use in dairy farming and for fruit juice homogenization. With its closed-cabinet design, our homogenizer has good soundproofing, allowing a quiet operation. The high-pressure homogenizer comes with poppet valves, allowing both high and low-viscous products to emulsify and homogenize efficiently with minimal maintenance needed.
