Oil seals are functional parts. Composed of synthetic rubber, metal rings and springs, they prevent the leakage of lubricants from gaps within machines and bearings. They also prevent the entry of dust from the outside.
TA2 profile is a shaft seal composed of a single external metal cage with a metal reinforcement, a primary sealing lip with integrated spring and an additional anti-pollution sealing lips. This design has excellent radial rigidity, particularly for large diameters, and very good stability when assembled, preventing the bounce-back effect. It is used mainly sealing for low and high viscosity fluids, also a modern primary sealing lip with low radial forces and protection against undesirable air contaminants.
