- How and where can I place order? Can I Order through chat/phone/WhatsApp?
You'll have to make your order online through our website (www.fruit-inn.com) to enjoy the best shopping experience. However, if you need help, we'll be happy to assist on phone, chat or WhatsApp.
- When will my order be delivered?
You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot (from 11am-5pm) during checkout.
2 days pre-order is required by default. (Eg: The order needs to be delivered on 11th May, the order should be placed by 9th May). We encourage placing order earlier.
- Where do you deliver? How much is the Delivery Fees?
We provide delivery to Kuala Lumpur and certain Klang Valley areas in Selangor. The delivery fees are based on delivery area and will be automatically shown when filling out delivery details during checkout. Delivery fees paid during checkout are for one-time delivery, to one address only.
If it shows no shipping method available, please check with us if the delivery address is covered. If it's not covered, you may choose self-pickup option, or arrange your own courier to pick up from us.
- Is same-day delivery or urgent order accepted?
Acceptance for same-day delivery or urgent orders depends on the availability at that time, with a cut-off time of 3pm. Please let us know the items, date and time needed, we'll check on the availability.
All gifts are not ready stock, all are packed after order placed. 2 days pre-order is required by default.
- Can I change my order details (date/address/message)?
Yes, you can, and you’ll need to inform us before 10AM, at least 2 days before your delivery date. We do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee those changes if they are requested before 10AM, 2 days before the delivery date.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us, before 10AM, at least 2 days before your delivery date. Upon confirmation by our customer service agent, your payment will be refunded to you in store credit fruit-inn Voucher ONLY. This voucher will have a standard expiry date of 1 year and can be used to purchase any product on our website. No order cancellations are accepted once the order is packed or out for delivery.
- What happens if I have ordered but am not sure whether my recipient is present to accept the gifts?
For a complete & efficient delivery, please ensure that your recipient or their representative is present at the address, date, and time provided to receive the gifts. Delivery fees paid during checkout are for one-time delivery, to one address only, delivery will only be made ONCE. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the gifts will be sent back to fruit-inn and a notification will be sent to you.
If you’d like to redeliver, a redelivery fee will be charged depending on your recipient’s location and also subject to the fruit condition. No replacement fruits will be delivered if the fruits lose their freshness after being sent back to us. No refunds and no replacement will be given for:
- Orders with unsuccessful delivery.
- Perished fruits due to the absence of the recipient at the provided delivery address.
- Perished fruits caused by delayed collection or improper care from the recipient/buyer.
- Uncollected orders that were sent back to Fruit-Inn after an unsuccessful delivery.
