We successfully executed the Cocoa Cake Blending Project, a significant process plant installation in the food industry. This project was aimed at expanding the existing facility to increase plant productivity by adding additional equipment and silos.

Our work involved the following phases and tasks:

• Design Phase:

  • Collaborated closely with the client's process team to prepare P&ID’s and engineering drawings.

• Mechanical Installation:

  • Fabrication & Installation of 8 Storage Silos to enhance storage capacity.
  • Installation of Equipment, including batch maker, pulverizing mill, bagging machine, and more.
  • Pneumatic Conveying Pipeworks Installation to ensure efficient material handling and processing.

This project highlights our expertise in process plant installations and our ability to work collaboratively with clients to achieve their productivity goals. By expanding their facility with precision and efficiency, we helped our client boost their production capabilities in the competitive food industry.
