Content
Active Ingredient: Beclometasone dipropionate (100 mcg per actuation), a corticosteroid.
Excipients: Includes inactive ingredients such as ethanol and propellant.
Indication
Used for the treatment of:
Asthma: Helps reduce inflammation in the airways and prevent asthma symptoms.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD): May be used as part of a combination therapy.
Instruction
Dosage:
For mild to moderate asthma: 50–200 mcg twice daily.
For severe asthma: Up to 400 mcg twice daily.
Maximum recommended daily dose: 800 mcg.
Administration:
Shake the inhaler well before use.
Exhale fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and inhale deeply while pressing the canister.
Hold your breath for a few seconds, then exhale slowly.
Rinse your mouth after use to prevent oral thrush.
Precautions:
Avoid use in patients with hypersensitivity to beclometasone or its excipients.
Regular use is necessary for optimal control; it is not a rescue inhaler for acute symptoms.
Store at room temperature and protect from direct sunlight.
