Hygiena | BAX® System Standard PCR Assays for Salmonella
 
Food processors and associated laboratories have depended on the BAX® System to quickly and reliably detect Salmonella to maintain hygiene standards and identify potential problems. Hygiena offers two standard BAX® System Assays for Salmonella identification.The traditional Salmonella assay reports yes/no results in 3.5 hrs, and is easier to use and faster than traditional cell culture. Salmonella 2 is a second-generation version containing all the benefits of the original Salmonella assay, plus hot-start technology to minimize effects of human error.
