XTS oil skimmers are used in different industries such as automotive industry, steel industry, refineries, chemical industry, metal working industry, food industry and many others. XTS oil skimmers are made of stainless steel and ceramic in order to avoid corrosion and wear.
Rises productivity and efficiency
Simply, fast and reliable, XTS oil skimmers remove floating oil and fat from all kind of liquids in example coolant, cooling water, degreasing bath, waste water and many other.
How it works:
The oil collector tube of the oil skimmer floats on the water surface. The floating oil sticks to the outside of the oil collector tube. The oil collector tube is drawn with the oil into the oil skimmer. Scrapers remove the oil from the surface of the oil collector tube. The oil floats into a collecting tank.
The oil collector tube creates a movement on the water surface and attracts the oil and fat even from the corners of the basins, because the oil collector tube floats on the surface of the liquid. Because it reaches the whole surface of the tank, it picks up oil from the total surface and exact separation of oil and water is guaranteed.
Your advantages:
· Fast payback because of longer lifetime of coolant and degreasing bath
· Low maintenance because of tough construction and high quality durable materials
· Many different oil skimmers are available for nearly all application
· Flexible oil collector tube follows changing liquid levels in the tank
· The special design of XTS oil skimmers makes it possible that the oil skimmer can be adapted to all kind of basin. Not matter whether it is round or rectangular, open or close, above or underground.
· Special versions can be used under explosive athmosphere or with acids or bases or salt water or ground water and many more are available
