Computerized Electronic Universal Testing Machine
WDW series computerized electronic universal testing machines are designed and manufactured according to ASTM, ISO, DIN, GB and other international standards. Applicable for wide range of material for tension, compression, bending, shearing and low cycle test. Suitable for metal, rubber, plastic, spring, textile, and components testing. It is widely used in the corresponding industries, research and development, test institutes and training centers etc.
This machine adopt double space structure, the upper space used for tensile test, the lower space used for compression and bending test. The bem moving speed is stepless adjust. The drive system consist of servo control reduction motor, arc synchronous belt, ball screw, moving steadily, high working efficiency, low noise, no pollution.
Application
This series materials testing machine product group was primarily developed for standardized tests on ma- terials and components. Used in conjunction with the intuitive KStest software. Typical test applications for wide range of tension, compression, bending, shearing and low cycle test include metal, rubber, plastic, spring, high strength steel (HSS), aerospace and automotive structures, screws, nuts, etc.

Adopts 320 x 240 LED display, which can quickly adjust the test space. It also has the functions of test start, test stop, test zero clearing and so on. It can display the running state of the equipment in real time, test data, make the sample clamping more convenient and easy to operate.
The mechanical touch device installed on the middle beam, after touching the electronic limit, the corresponding upper and lower limit indicator light will be on to prevent the equipment from overloading operation, sensor damage and so on, so as to protect the safety of the equipment operation.
