Indication
Heart failure (NYHA II-IV) in patient w/ reduced ejection fraction (LVEF ≤40%).
 
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.
 
Drug interaction
Aliskiren, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blocker, statins, sildenafil, lithium, K-sparing diuretics including mineral corticoid antagonist (eg, spironolactone, triamterene, amiloride); K supplements or K-containing salt substitutes, NSAIDs including selective COX-2 inhibitors, organic anion transporting polypeptide 1B1, 1B3, OAT3 (eg, rifampin, cyclosporine) or MPR2 (eg, ritonavir) inhibitors.
