Our solution As an operator of machine components subjected to high loads and high temperatures, one of the major challenge you face is the hardening of greases in the lubricant lines resulting in grease starvation of machine elements. The lubricants used in such applications should maintain their pumpability and special load carrying characteristics at high temperatures. The grease should reach all machine elements to improve the mechanical availability of the equipment thereby improving productivity. The lubricant failures in such applications areas also poses health hazards to maintenance people who have to frequently inspect the machine elements under hazardous conditions. A good high temperature grease maintains its pumpability and does not harden during operation thereby ensuring that your machines run smoothly and reliably. Klüberplex HB 98-601 BH and 602 BH are semi synthetic oil based high temperature greases with a high load carrying capability. These greases have excellent high temperature pumpability and has proven to retain its flow and not get hardened in continuous lubrication applications even under extreme temperatures of up to 250 ºC.
Application
Klüberplex HB 98-601 BH and 602 BH can be used in rolling and plain bearings applications subjected to high temperatures and high loads functioning under low/medium speed and even high torque conditions.
Application notes Klüberplex HB 98-601 BH and 602 BH can be used in central lubrication systems even when subjected to extreme temperatures. The grease can also be applied manually by grease gun, brush or spatula.
Minimum shelf life
The minimum shelf life is approximately 36 months if the product is stored in its unopened original container in a cool and dry place.
