Tasting Notes
A dark, almost black colour, with shades of purple. The nose gives off aromas of black fruits (black cherries, blackcurrant) and spicy notes (liquorice, pepper). The palate shows richness, revealing a full-bodied wine with subtle touches of mint. The Chateau Lagrange 2016 is round, powerful and of an exceptional length. Silky and delicate, the tannins announce through their marked presence a fantastic ageing potential. An extremely harmonious wine.
