FUROSEMIDE-AFT solution for injection or infusion 10 mg/mL contains furosemide 10 mg per mL.
Inactive Ingredients: Sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride, and water for injection. Hydrochloric acid may be used to adjust pH.

Indications:

• Edema: Treatment of edema associated with congestive heart failure, cirrhosis of the liver, renal disease, and nephrotic syndrome.
• Pulmonary Edema: Rapid diuresis in cases of acute pulmonary edema.
• Hypertension: Occasionally used for the treatment of hypertension.

1. Dosage: The dosage is individualized based on the patient's condition and needs. The typical dose for adults is 20 to 40 mg intravenously or 40 to 80 mg intramuscularly. For maintenance, the dose may be adjusted based on response and tolerance.
