EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber has excellent resistance to weathering and ozone, good to very good aging resistance and low temperature flexibility, low electrical conductivity and satisfactory resistance to polar chemicals. EPDM rubber is commonly used in the construction and automotive industries. It is also used for roofing sheets and weather strips. EPDM is also used in seals, gasket, glass-run channels, radiators, garden and appliance hose, tubing, pond liners, washers, belts, electrical insulation, vibrators, O-rings, solar panel heat collectors and speaker cone surrounds.
