HERBAL SOUP-BURDOCK HERBAL TANG
ING: BURDOCK, LONGAN, GOJIBERRY, SOLOMON SEAL, ASTRAGALUS, FULING.
Preparation: 1) Rinse all herbs and add 1.5 Litres - 2 Litres water into the pot.
2) Bring to a boil over high heat.
3) Simmer low heat for 1.5 hours, and you may add in meat to simmer, before serving add some salt to enchance your preference taste.
准备工作:1)将所有药材洗净, 加入1.5升 - 2升水,放入锅中。
2)用大火煮沸。
3)转小火煮1.5小时,可加入肉一起煮,出锅前可依个人口味加入一点盐,增添风味。
