Pre-event sports massage is a short, stimulating massage (10 – 20 minutes) before an event. It is directed towards the part of the body that will be involved in the exertion. | ||
Post-event sports massage is given for 1 – 2 hours to normalize the body’s tissues. Most sports people need frequent weekly deep tissue massage to prevent injury and maintain body. |
