Fact: It belongs to the same species of Black Summer Truffle, but the smell and taste is more intensive.

Flavour: Earthy with hints of hazelnut

Availability: September to December

Shape and Size: Round and irregular shape

Suitable For: Appetizers, pasta dishes, meat, fish, eggs, toasted bread, garnished on turkey, beef carpaccio, and dried fruit.
