Description
Honey is a viscous and sweet fluid produced by honey bees. The honey bees collect nectars from sugar-rich flowers, ingest and regurgitate a number of times until the nectars are partially digested. The partially-digested nectars are then stored inside the honey combs and slowly fermented, evaporate and transform into honey with less than 20% water content. This process often takes 5-7 days.
Benefits:
-restore energy quickly
-enhance digestive system
-Strengthen the immune system
