This beef is grass fed from Australia and 100% certified organic. The beef is grown up in unspoiled landscape, lined with thousands of waterways and free of air pollution. All meat is packed at about 250g+/- and is HALAL certified by JAKIM Negara.
Striploin is one of the most flavoursome steaks and its almost as tender as fillet. It has a distictive fat coverage running along the outside allowing the steak to remain juicy during cooking.
